I thought I'd get the ball rolling since the fixtures have been released.

This looks like it could be a very interesting season with the likes of Bournemouth and Watford competing in the Premier League.

Turn around the two teams on the top and it's my dream table as far as teams go. Leicester is my second favorite team in England and has been since I started following football late 90s. Man Utd's performance yesterday were mediocre at best, but it showed us something we haven't seen in quite some time; The ability to win matches on bad days, the necessary killing touch. Pleased with that.

Also super pleasantly surprised that Liverpool won over City. Great victory for the team and Klopp especially I think.

Ranieri would be a legend if he managed that. I'd take back every bad thing I've said about him then.

It's unheard of isn't it? Winning the league in your second season?

Sure is. Leicester's second season, Ranieri's first season.

Are they still doing that silly fair play thing where the winner qualifies for Europa League? Wonder who will get it this year? So stupid. You end up with teams like Bournemouth qualifying and then deliberately losing in the first round because they lack the depth to compete properly.

It truly was a Shawshank redemption

I do like that a place is open for some of the less heralded teams in the league, but I do wish they'd make more of the opportunity. West Ham are a prime example: could have put together a decent run in the EL, at least getting to the group stages, giving them European exposure heading into the stadium change. Could have been a springboard to better things, but alas, they faltered in the earlier stages.

I think they wanted to make sure they got the league right before they committed to Europe. You can't always do both.

Jamie Vardy has the record for goals scored in consecutive Premiership games. Brilliant achievement and advertisement for how hard work definitely pays off. To go from a non-league player, to a Championship goalscorer, to the record he set today (plus an England cap) is such a great story.

I sure hope that Tottenham give Chelsea what for and Mourinho gets fired.

If the West Ham game stays a draw (or they lose), a Liverpool win would jump us up to 6th. Swansea would usually be a game I'd mark as tough, but they haven't been up to much this season.

Wow... I wonder how long Leicester can keep this form going...
