Honestly, necrotising fasciitis would be the worst for me. (don't google it if you don't have a good stomach!) Syphilis is bad but is so easily treatable, any beta-lactam will treat it - even penicillin. HIV is treatable if caught early. MRSA would be horrible, but might not be as bad to look at. Otherwise probably some form of cancer. It's not a fun thing to have to go through. |

Apparently they have a crossbreed of the Ebola and smallpox viruses. If I had to pick just one? It would definitely be that. |
