Who wins in a fight between the two movie versions of Spider-Man? This is a brawl and not who was the better version of the character.

Spider-Man has always had s***ty resistance to bullets and knives for whatever reason and he was distracted at the time.

Yeah based on what I've seen he only really has good blunt force damage resistance.

And Green Goblin was just getting his a*** handed to him by a pissed off Spider-man at the time. Regardless it shouldn't be the defining feat for him just like Garfield getting shot shouldn't be the defining feat for him since they both have feats that far surpasses those low showings.

The beating came later. All that had happened at that point was being kicked away and being tripped

My point was that stuff happened to him before the brick wall came down on him (he wasn't even standing up straight before he was hit by it) and was unprepared for the onslaught Spider-Man was beginning to dish out.

And how does that prove that him tearing through Spider-Man's webs make them weak?

Because his reaction to a not so large brick wall is to duck and cover instead of just pushing it up.

Despite the fact that four minutes before that he was carrying an 11+ ton tramway full of people, was throwing and striking people over 15+ feet with ease earlier in the movie. See what I mean with lowballing?

There's also such thing as high balling. Why does one take precedent over the other?

Cause there are more feats of him doing something better than allegedly not being able to hold up a small brick wall. You only have one feat of him cowering from a brick wall and it's probably not due to him thinking that it's too heavy rather than just being surprised that Spiderman is pulling a brick wall down on him. Take away the tramway feat you still have him throwing away people like ragdolls, casually carrying people with one hand, and punching/kicking Spider-man considerable distances multiple times.

Is there any reason why I should take Green Goblin not being lift a small brick wall, which probably isn't even a ton, seriously? How strong is he according you?

To be fair, there's also the feat with Goblin being flinched and distracted by random people throwing debris at him.

A place Goblin in between the two extremes, at around 9 tons. So his comic level pretty much.

Yeah but that's more of a distraction like you said. It didn't hurt him at all.

And I'm cool with that.
