Frieza is first now, Buu just behind him, and now lowly Cell. Raditz don't really count as a main villain, he's more of a henchmen in my eyes.

Don't know what they'd do, but it has potential. Evil Boo returning would be somewhat pointless due to all of the methods of destroying him now. He's basically a nobody. Also I don't believe Oob can appear because I don't think this takes place after the 28th Budokai.

If it doesn't, I'd can say with near-certainty, that episode 37 will be a retconned version of the manga ending.

They seem to running low on ideas (I mean, "Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan"...?).
