Did the romans originally came from troy/modern day turkey?

 I watched the movie troy. The greeks defeated the trojans and in wikipedia, they said troy is modern day turkey which maybe the first romans originally came from.

 According to myth, the first Romans were Romulus and Remus, a set of twin brothers who founded Rome, who were raised by a wolf. They were stated to be from central Italy; and had descended from a Trojan prince.

Romulus and Remus were demi-gods, and were the sons of the god Mars.
