I haven't seen many people discussing this but it confuses me how some people think the 100% boost gives you 100x times more strength in PL. IIRC, a daizenshuu page states that True Form Freeza's PL is 12 million and his 100% form is 120 million, as we all know. And we've lately been discussing some percentages, from the BoG movie, where Beerus is at 70% and SsjG Goku is at 80% or something like that. Any thoughts and opinions? |

Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?! Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power. | ||

100% merely means sustaining your maximum output. 0 < X ≤ 100 |

It never actually gives a BP for anything other than 50%, which is 60 million and 100%, which is 120 million. Goku is said to be 3 million in his regular form. |

Freeza never mentions that he is at 1% of his power in the manga. Aside from that, the following two statements are different:

As percentages are linear, or I reckon being at 100 compared to 10 is a solid 10 times increase. If the percentage chart is linear. And why would it be different. |

Yes, in that case, being at 10% of your maximum output and then maxing out at 100% is a 10x increase from your starting level. |

Should be simple math 100% = 2 times If I have a power level of 3 and increase it by 100% then I'm adding 100% of what I already had so that's six. Goku had a power level of 9000 and increased it by 1% then he's adding 1% of what he already had So pretty much y = mx + m m = power level prior to boost x = power boost y = resulting power level |

Simple math indeed. Freeza started out at 3 million, his max power was 120 million. That would make his starting power 2,5% of his full power. |
