Piccolo compared to Goku, and Vegeta (android arc)

 Vegeta was impressed with Piccolo dispatching Gero (He even screamed Final Flash at Cell). So I think I've got you all beat there.

Did you really say no were near they ssj? He prove to be very close when he beat up dr gero. he best him up with ease just as goku and vegeta did with 19. Not only that dr gero is stronger then 19. and piccolo best him with ease. And think about this Dr gero was already stronger then 19 and on top of that he absorb one of vegeta blast. And vegeta was in ssj form when gero took his blast. On top of that he took most of piccolo ki, yet piccolo still won with ease and that says something. He should be just a bit under a ssj. The gap is very small.

 It doesn't allow for much room for the androids, so I disagree with it. That number seems more along the mindset of before people really studied the android saga's dialogue.

Vegeta - 400
Goku - 380
Trunks - 365
Piccolo - 300
Goku (sick) - 285
Gero - 250

Around 70% is a decent level for Piccolo-sama.
