The majority of saiyans were lower class. There were a handfull of elites and Vegeta and his father the only super elites. So yeah, Goku is average. But what were Nappa and Vegeta's actual levels at birth do you reckon?

Vegeta and his father the only super elites. I've just finished reading Jaco and it's revealed that there were only a few thousand saiyans anyway as they were a warmongering people. Plus, they each need a lot of food if you think about it. So yeah, I imagine Raditz was 'equal' because they were the only ones left. I guess my estimations would be quite conservative. Goku = 2 Nappa = 50 Vegeta = 100

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	I'd imagine Nappa was a mid-class when the Saiyajins were still around, as only King Vegeta and Vegeta were considered Elites. Vegeta refers to himself as a Super Elite because he's clearly stronger than every Saiyajin on Planet Vegeta before it was destroyed. Lastly, Raditz and Kakarotto are low class.

Opera Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	There's three classes of saiyans 1st class 2nd class 3rd class The mediocre fighters are 2nd class, the elites and super elites are 1st and the 3rd class are the weak saiyans

That or King Vegeta would've gone all Freeza and killed him for becoming too strong.
