Memory problem or what?

...

Okay so recently I noticed that my memory has became a bit foggy, which I mean once I had to check the seat ticket more than 3 times in a 1/2 hour to make sure I will sit in the right place on the train.

Furthermore, english is not my primary language as you might notice, I have noticed that I oftenly have to check a casual word out as I dont remember its meaning, I mean I know I know the word but the exact meaning just in the shadow......

Also there are several cases when I try to say something in real conversation, like a story or something, and for a momment after I suddenly lost it, literally I totally forget about it. I know that this thing is casual of almost everybody, but its occurance has just doubled in the past few months.

The worst thing was that I had to google for the word "DOES for both of the meaning and for the writing/spelling as I literally forgot about both of it in a momment.

I knew that I d like to write What DOES that supposed to mean but I didnt remember the spelling of does....

Its whole mess really scares me a bit

Have you ever experienced this flaws of your memory?

No

short-term memory in humans in general is crap. p sure those types of things happen to everyone, so don't worry about it.

Greetings. I will be your waifu this season.

I think a lot of it can be attributed to anxiety around people.

Was one of the best in the class at math.

Can barely count change these days, I'm so paranoid that I'm going to get it wrong and have to annoy people by making them wait for me to fumble around and get more coins out or that I'll have to embarrassingly go put something back because I don't have enough that my brain just does not process how much everything costs properly at all.

So it could be partly due to that for the ticket thing, worrying about getting the wrong seat it makes you forget even though it's a fairly simple detail.

Not sure how it can be fixed I guess frequent memory exercises and stuff could help with me I've not really challenged my brain since school so it's just deteriorated to not being able to count change when before I'd be correcting cashiers half the time.

I have something called "thought chaos" where I have too many thoughts in my head. This can often lead to me forgetting things very easily and quickly. It's pretty annoying, but not something I worry about.

Is that an actual thing? Because I think I have that.

"Next time?"
"Course. Doing better next time. That's what life is."
