Can you share your methods or trick to build confidence? I don't know if im going through PBS, i feel fine though, but ever since the broke up, i feel unsure of myself, feel shy to properly ask for her phone number. I have asked women out, but lot of rejections. |

Having a wingman always helps me out. If I don't have one, I just be myself and talk. If they reject you then move on, leave it in the past. |

I never had a wingman before, i have heard about from the big bang theory, but never really understand their role. Is the wingman suppose to agree with you when you're talking to woman? |

There isn't exactly a checklist of things that they do. They generally just help to keep conversations flowing, and can attest to things such as stories or facts about you. For example if I'm at a party, I usually stick with a friend or two and we act as wingmen for each other if it's necessary. All it does is help avoid some potential awkward situations, not much more beyond that. |

Doesn't matter how tall you are. The muscle will come and the confidence will follow. |

I've noticed that some girls aren't into muscular guys though. (It still gives a confidence boost though, that's for sure) |

Yeah I'm not sure about this "get swoll" concept either. What about those dudes out there who are average build, ugly as sin (let's be honest here) but they still get the girls? How? Because they know how to tune them up! Confidence is all in the mind. You can't just act confident with your big muscles and your tight shirt, you gotta be confident in your own mind. Sure the physical appearance helps attract the women, but what keeps them hanging around is a funny, well mannered, yet direct approach. I swear being witty beats being hot any day of the week! |

The moment you've made a woman laugh, you're officially a cut above the average walk about. Once you've got the chick laughing, that's when the confidence comes! It's easy once the first initial moment is over. You become comfortable, there's the key mate! |

Nah. My muscles do all the talking, then I just slip in after the pythons have bitten the victim. |

I dunno bro! I've always batted above my average and my muscles aren't very impressive. Even my misses now; she's WAY too good looking for a guy like me, but I got her by being my usual charming self no muscles necessary. No one should have to train for 5 years to get big just to have the confidence to speak to a woman, that's the wrong message to be sending!

I'd rather have a buff society than a fat, useless one. |
