 The funny part to me is their complete over excitement for something quite uninteresting like slightly being able to see up a skirt.

 What's the opposite of a pervert?

Like when a skirt flies up in the wind someone who in anime will blush and be like OH MY GOD I find that funnier than perverts.

Especially overly chivalrous dudes who immediately lend their clothing to naked women and then get called perverts for being naked and get all embarrassed about it.


But anyway I appreciate a good a*** and a nice pair of breasts but they're not that exciting.


I wonder if anyone in real life actually gets nose bleeds over it?

Well, all fictional ideas are born of real concepts and events, regardless of if they happened exactly as told, it's where things like Unicorns and religion come from, something started them and it was certainly real, though time has likely twisted the true form a lot.

If anything someone probably had a stroke from shock and some point in a situation involving sudden exposure or nudity and it likely just developed from there, everyone loves to see a physical reaction, it's why soap operas are so popular despite being fairly horrendous.
