I think overall I probably drink less now at 23 years of age than I did when I was 16. It was a bit ridiculous back then, but that was high school. You'd spend the entire week talking with mates about what's happening on the weekend. Now it's just a casual "Keen for a drink?" sort of thing.

Maybe 1 beer every two weeks. I found out that the cause of my nose and eye lid twitches after my Bell's Palsy http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bell%27s_palsy incident were directly related to my alcohol consumption. The incident happened 2 years ago but the nerve twitches persisted to 3 months ago. My consumption before was 1-2 beers a day. Since I cut back at the beginning of January, I haven't had the twitches.

I never really got into the taste of alcohol, so it's more of a social thing for me. (Not gonna lie, I prefer the girly mixed drinks)
