2Pac said in his lyrics.
Listen to his lyrics, he thinks he's a gangster. But if you watch Biggie's documentary, Biggie's mom said 2pac told biggie this is all fake and its about money. |

How is he possibly fake? He had it tough growing up in American poverty, tried to make a living basically on the streets, hustling for his next hot dinner, running with the wrong sort to make his way, and turned it all around with his talent and made an impact in history with his honest music about what's really happening on the streets. The life many of us would have nightmares about. He's definitely not fake. He went from zero to hero, literally. |

Well, he can't fight, his music is all pretending to get sales. He's more of a revolutionist |

Are you gonna listen to rumors rather than true texts from a rapping legend? "Gangster" is a loose term anyway, I doubt 2Pac saw himself as a gangster. Gangster is being bad and 2Pac made music. If he committed any crimes it was petty things that got him max a year in jail. |

"a member of a gang of violent criminals." Thanks, Google! As far as I'm concerned, 2pac wasn't really a violent man. |

You seem to miss the point of rap. If actual gangsters weren't in the business of protection and getting money they'd probably target rappers more than anyone else. No famous rapper is actually a gangster, it's all part of the image, sure they might do drugs, get drunk out of their mind and do illegal stuff but they don't have shoot outs and murder people, even people who live in that kind of lifestyle. Tupac, Eminem and Hollywood Undead are 3 prime examples of those who've used the idea of being "gangsta" but not really having anything to do with gang culture. They've all come from very gang-controlled areas and lives of violence and drive-by shootings, but none of them have ever or will ever have been involved in actual gang life. It's the entire reason you even know they exist or ever existed, because they used musical ability to make it so they didn't have to resort to being in gangs, if you're famous you're not going to risk your image by running with a gang, definitely not in public. Tupac was not fake, nor are any of the others, they are all honest about the fact they are obviously not really in that scene, and they definitely all lived surrounded by that lifestyle anyway. If the British Prime-Minister were to start a rap career claiming to be the thuggest G in the whole G-B then that would be fake because he's a sheltered politician who has never known adversity besides having to fight to get votes, Tupac and those like him are actual survivors. |

How many Tupac songs have you listened to? Two? Maybe three? His lyrics aren't pretending, allot of them are stories, allot of them were political (tupacs best known work was about his political views i.e. changes), allot of them were spitting bars. I've got all of tupacs work, and theres a reason he got so famous. He was truly a cut above the rest, a true lyricist. Weather you liked him or not he was telling everyone that something needs to be done about poverty society before it's too late. He was a man who hated seeing his people throwing their lives away by getting into gun violence. How do i know all this? I listened to his music. How about instead of quarreling over some bulls*** some third party says about him you listen to his music and get an idea of what Tupac is really all about. |

I'm 100% sure that Tupac was real. He definitely existed at some point in time. |
