I know it's all filler, but do we just ignore what Yamcha does to him and gauge his power based on the fight with Pikkon? In that case I guess he should be around this Vegetas level perhaps a bit higher. I think Olibu can win, but I'm not counting Vegeta out. 55:45 in Olibus favor IMO.
