Obviously Kaioshin. The only reason people try to argue Kaioshin is so "dumb" is to ignore everything he says on Babidi's ship. (Unless it pertains to Super Saiyans.)

Patrick Star became a supergenius in one episode. He surpasses the two, even if Kaioshin has greater knowledge of the Universe. |
Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?! Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power. | |

Kaioshin accidentally writes his name as "Kaioshim" and, upon seeing the letter M, freaks out and runs out of the building where the test is being held. I'd probably go with Billy; Patrick is way too consistently dumb. Edited by Yu Narukami, Mar 18 2015, 01:35 PM.

You do realize it's the Majin symbol that freaks him out not just the letter M? Oh, and about Patrick, it's been revealed in the episode (The Card) that his "stupidity" is a facade. Edited by DBZAOTA482, Mar 18 2015, 02:35 PM.

Kaioshin's freaked out by anything with a 'M'/Majin symbol on it's forehead, yet isn't freaked out by Yamu and Spopovich

He was probably s***ting himself in secret. I mean, he didn't even try to confront them head on and force them to retreat even though they're 21st Budokai tier at best. Either way, Kaioshin at the tournament and at the Babidi's Spaceship are like two completely different characters. |

He didn't directly confront them because he wanted to follow them back to Babidi's ship undetected. If he forced them to retreat, they would tell Babidi that Kaioshin knows of their location. Kaioshin at the ship is the same exact Kaioshin at the Budokai, unless one believes some sort of retcon went on. So no, Kaioshin isn't just scared of anything with a 'M' on it's head, or something that's Majin, he's scared of Pocus and Yakon. |

Babidi's henchmen already knew what they were doing so it's not like forcing them to retreat empty handed would change anything aside from Majin Boo not being revived as easily. Besides, with their combined efforts they can easily take out Babidi and his minions.... which Kaioshin prevented. Kaioshin was either being stupid or a massive pussy. |

He wasn't scared of Pocus, he just said that they should be careful with him. Yakon, on the other hand... |

He wanted to gang up on him, even though he's Saiyan Saga tier. |

No, because if he forced them to retreat, they would know about Kaioshin and tell Babidi about him. Kaioshin wanted to go undetected.
If he was superior, he should've told Vegeta to get out of the way and let him one-shot Pocus for them, and he was freaked out over Vegeta's ability to kill Pocus, which is odd if he's massively stronger than him...
He wanted to gang up on Yakon, not Pocus. Saiyan saga tier? Can you explain why Dabra thinks Pocus can defeat the Kaioshin? They mistook a BP of like 18,000 for someone that could defeat someone well above Freeza? Not very likely. Dabra is well aware of Kaioshin's capabilities. |

Kaioshin questioned Vegeta's decision to fight Pui-Pui alone. |
