Posts: 915 Group: Member Member #6,762 Joined: September 16, 2011 Favourite Anime Dragon Ball Z, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	Say you are put in charge of an anime/manga adaptation of your choice out of two. These two choices are your two top favorite anime/manga of all time. This is a proper adaptation, be it live action or animated(your choice) and you get to call the shots. The catch is the anime you don't choose gets adapted by Uwe Boll. My two choices are Dragon Ball/Z and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. I would choose FMA:B over DB/Z because I think DB/Z is popular enough that it could survive another horrible adaptation while Fullmetal Alchemist would more easily fall into obscurity and would never get a proper big screen adaptation if it suffered a bad one. List your two choices, pick one, and explain why you picked it over the other. No cheating! They have to be your two MOST FAVORITE anime or manga ever, no 3rd or 4th favorites to spare yourself the pain. Edited by Selsiuss, Mar 16 2015, 07:59 AM.

Nothin Favourite Manga Nothin	DBZ & HXH DBZ was a show done in 90's & requires brand new animations. Like the M10&12 quality throughout 291 episodes. No KAI BS HXH (2011) reboot by MadHouse puts most recent shounens to shame. Though the Togashi f****** is laziest bugger in the world. A complete work coming into anime adaptation would be epic! DBZ & HXH FTW

It's not "list your two favorite anime," it's "choose which of your two favorite anime that gets a proper adaptation, and which gets the bad adaptation."

Nothin Favourite Manga Nothin	I said DBZ never got a proper anime adaptation, thx to TOEI's cheap animators, f*** fillers & crap film as Super Android 13 HXH (2011) despite havin the best adaptation, thx to MadHouse's slick execution, pacing still suffered mid CA Arc, cuz Togashi f*ker not finishin the manga. Hence, my post...

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	Eh HxH which I'd hand over to Madhouse to do......exactly what they already did and then....I have no idea what my second favourite would be. It's between Yu Yu Hakusho, Humanity Has Declined, DBZ I guess and...f*** I don't know, Naruto whatever. Most likely I'd say Yu Yu Hakusho, at least thinking about it if I was going to watch one again right now it'd be that. Poor YYH he'd destroy that. I wonder if he could make the ending even more terrible though? That would be interesting to see.

My two top favorite anime already have wonderful adaptations obviously, so having a s***ty one is like thinking Dragon Ball Z Kai sucks. You still like DBZ and the original dub, you just don't like the new dub. But whatever, I look into it too much. I guess Steins;Gate and No Game No Life. I'll take the bad adaptation for Steins;Gate only because a proper adaptation for NGNL would mean a 2nd season!
