Since the ssj forms are all fixed multipliers of there base form that means that in order for ssj2 majin Vegeta to be stronger then ssj2 kid Gohan that means his mssj1 form is stronger as well. SSJ Majin Vegeta wins.

You just decrease both of the warriors for one level and Veggie is still more powerful.

I think Gohan can win this fight,especially, if this is the Cell Game's version of Gohan and he has the fighting spirit.But, if this is any other version of Gohan,like that of buu saga version, then Vegeta will win this fight.Also, this fight would be really hard for both of them (if it is the Cell Games version of Gohan).
