His sword is one of his deadliest weapons, but against Boo I don't see that being very effective. He also has that weird teleportation, which might work for a short while and keep Boo on the ropes, temporarily. Kid Boo wins IMO. Way more versatile and should be able to stand up against Janemba's best attacks.

Reality-Warping powers > Magic Regenerating from smoke and molecules > Reality-warping powers. Janemba needs to completely vaporize Boo, something his warping, sword, and any other feats shown won't help with. That and Boo is simply too unpredictable. I don't see a scenario where Janemba comes outta this as the winner. Boo takes.
