Google Chrome	Succubi usually come in dreams, unless your opponent starts off the battle sleeping, it won't work. Even so, you've still got a bunch of other fighters ready to kill you while your busy seducing one person. Yes, you're immortal, but you're also capable of being held down for ten seconds or just have your body obliterated to the point where you need a new one

Beating the armies would take a while, but eventually I would win. Against the tougher enemies, I should be able to kill them by taking their souls, one way or another.

In equal measure, I have seen succubi that take weeks to do anything and can be overpowered easily and I have seen speed blitzing demons that are basically Alucard. That's the problem with a lot of these powers, a lot of them have subsections you might not even have. For example, being an ultimate heretic in and of itself means nothing aside from rejecting holy stuff. It's the other effects that might help you, but honestly, since they aren't part of the power you actually got and are only POSSIBLE side effects, I don't consider them as part of it.

Coupled with being able to make areas haunted I can make them go insane or maybe even off themselves. Good for the normal human-level enemies. Bad against the superhumans since they'll be able to sniff me out from half a world away.

Well, that doesn't do much good against guns, so if by some miracle i make it past the MMA fighters, the soldiers easily kill me.
