Pretty OP. I'd wreck the MMA fighters' senses, or just blast them. The same happens with the cops, and the spartans. The same will happen to Alexander and his army. I can make nuclear blasts, wide energy waves, or bring meteors. So Germany, the US, and the entire world will go down. I have the hax to take down Piccolo, but will I be able to react in time? Nope, so he could kill me via a blitz. I would lose to all of the guys after Piccolo.
