Alrighty then, bringing this back from the grave. Superman is of course Post Crisis and there are two rounds, one for BOG Goku and the other for GT Goku.

End of GT goku was most certainly above Super Syn Shenron who is galaxy buster at least
Yeah... through the gradual effects of negative energy, it wasn't all in one go. There was no one-shot galaxy busting in GT. Not stated or implied.

Isn't New 52 weaker than post crisis? Anyway, Goku isn't galaxy busting anything

New 52 has less strength feats, but has a very impressive speed feat where he flew from the other side of the Solar System to the Earth in a second, I believe. Durability-wise, I think they're the same.

Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?!

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.

Quick question, why are we still using Post-Crisis Superman as the basis for versus nowadays? Technically, he's not even canon anymore. We should be using New 52 Superman for versus threads no?
ya know I used to agree with this but I hate new 52 supermans look so much that I don't personally don't even want to think of him as superman haha

But yeah it would be better if we started using new 52. New 52 superman is faster than post crisis from what I've seen at least. He doesn't seem to hit as hard though and hasn't shown as good durability feats as post crisis

@goku being a galaxy buster no Goku is not a galaxy buster. Many solar systems yeah but not Galaxy

Edit: actually, it's possible his blasts are potent enough to take out at least a considerable percent of the Galaxy. I mean they went from planet busting to solar system busting. I'm sure by now they've made a huge jump again and I wouldn't be surprised seeing how big of a jump planet busting to to solar system busting is

...

well we know that
EoGt goku>Omega shenron >>super ssj4 goku>ssj4 goku dragon arc>>ssj4 goku beby arc>golden oozaru beby>super beby 2>super beby>goku ssj3>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>goku ssj Bogt>goku base bogt>ssj3 goku buu arc

note: ssj3 goku from buu arc should be massively solar system buster

the gap between eogt goku and ssj3 goku from buu arc is more than the gap between ssj3 goku and raditz

I don't know man, there are hundreds of billions of Solar Systems in just our Milky Way Galaxy alone... You'd have to make one HELL of an argument to say he'd be denting 1% of something comparable.

I hate do get cheap about this, but to destroy a Solar System or even a galaxy, does one ki blast need to engulf the entire thing? Assuming that someone destroyed enough of it in the right spot, that should effect the gravit and orbits of the rest, causing them to shift off trajectory or idle.

For example, if Cell won and destroyed the from the Sun all the way to Mars in a single blast, wouldn't the other planets be screwed? Just nitpicking with this one. I agree with Squall though, a galaxy is a big, big place. They do however seem to be much smaller in the DB universe as opposed to our own.

I read an article wrong nvm what I said lol

@southern gothic their blasts have enough power to destroy the entire solar system. But they won't actually destroy the solar system. They're very concentrated attacks. This is actually a lot more effective than having a blast so big that it engulfs the entire system because that way the force is very spread out. Their blasts have all the force condensed into a point
