Whilst he is an accomplished decision-maker, he is also impulsive, possessing a tendency to act on a whim. He is an early riser, tends to get bored very quickly by slowness, and is shown to be a huge fan of motor racing, both as a spectator and a competitor. Background stats: 5 ft - 1,52 m 175 lbs - 79 kg HP: 28 Attack Damage: 4 Weapon: Quick Boomerang Arsenal: -Quick Boomerang: It is a small boomerang-shaped cutter that can be fired at high speed, but has short range. While Quick Man is able to fire Quick Boomerangs from his right arm, in the manga he is only seen using it as a large boomerang formed with several Quick Boomerangs to use as a blade in close range combat. It appears to be very sharp and powerful, specially combined with his speed, being able to easily cut Mega Man's arm and deflect his shots in their first encounter, and also slice Flash Man and Mecha Dragon. Strengths/Weaknesses: TOP Speed: 2,682,466,520 MPH His high jump power and attack by launching boomerangs with precise search power leave him with absolutely no blind spot. According to Megaman Megamix volume 1 in Quick Man's and Flash Man's profiles, the way Quick Man's ability works is that he can manipulate the speed of light to speed up 2-4x faster than normal, which speeds up time in his immediate space and looks like he's moving really fast. Flashman's Time Stopper works also by manipulating the speed of light by reducing it to zero, and the conflicting abilities causes Quick Man's 'speed' to create a powerful gravitational field and for a moment a black hole-like effect that damages him.
