What does a DBZ game need to be perfect to you?

Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?!

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.

A balance between DBZ aesthetics and solid, competitive viable fighting engine. A story mode that's quick and to the point with plenty of replay value, and in-game cutscenes like the first Budokai. Memorial soundtrack. A good roster (add all that matters. Don't add in characters just cuz or let it be pitiful like SDBZ's). A good but not cheap customization options.

Raging Blast 1's Graphics, except a little more refined as a 2016 or later game. Like the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm series. This way it will actually look like you're playing the anime. As opposed to mutl tone toon cel shaders or plastic cel shaders. Seems they've used the plastic cel shading method since Raging Blast 2.

A massive Roster. Including every single Character, Form and Outfit, no matter how small the differences, that we see throughout the entirety of Dragonball Z and Dragonball Z Battle of Gods.

All maps of areas seen throughout the whole series, every one. And have them be massive to cover the massive scope of combat i'll talk about below.

For free battle and online, in match dialogue, outros and intros. Depending on who they face, say different stuff.

A story mode that includes:
1: Free roam gameplay on an more in-depth level that we've already seen, not just flying around, but full on interaction, going inside buildings and more.
2: Within that world, character interaction with really well done visual cut-scenes with great animation, camera angles and dialogue. Try to make it like you are actually playing the anime and all the scenes in it. Rather than just rehashing all the main battles you see in the series.
3: Boss Battles of comparable grandeur to that of the Naruto Storm series, with really well animated over the top beautiful battles of the main fights of the Dragonball Franchise.

A well done fast paced combat system that takes the good elements of Raging Blast, Tenkaichi 3 and Xenoverse and puts that together. Make it feel like you are really controlling the incredible powers of a Dragonball Character, make it feel like that person really could destroy a planet, give the player that feeling of "holy s***, did I just do that". Make it so you can chain attacks and abilities really fluidly.

Fully destructible in-battle environments. Not just destroy a single building or piece of rock, but fully fleshed out physics that allows you to destroy almost anything and everything accompanied by awesome animated effects.
Make it feel like you are tearing the world apart with your battle. Something like this would make the game incredibly popular. Just imagine the ground being obliterated around you as you chain off a melee combo against the ground, you pummel your opponent across the map into a cliff which shatters into hundreds of pieces with amazing animated effects. JUST IMAGINE IT. Or like charge up at the start of the battle and attack the enemy with a heavy punch and watch the ground beneath his feet be obliterated into a crater and fly off everywhere.

Also a really decent soundtrack. Something epic like battle of gods music would be really cool.

Now if a Dragonball game had all these points combined together, well...... I would be very happy paying £50 for it and spending most of my free time on it hahahaha.
