Well, there aren't that many feats in this Arc, but most of his feats throughout the series have been intelligence-based; - He was immediately able to see through the first test of the Chunnin Exam and work out what its true purpose was - During the Preliminaries, he noticed that the strings that his opponent was using were just big enough to make a shadow, something that nobody else watching had noticed - He managed to outsmart Temari and surprise most of the Jounin watching. He gave the impression that he was stalling for time until the sun starting setting, which would cause the shadows in the arena to get bigger. However, he was really manoeuvring Temari to the hole that Naruto had created in his previous match (by digging into the ground and breaking up through it to uppercut Neji) so he could send his shadow underground and link it with her's. Even the Hokage was impressed by his display of strategy. - During his battle with Tayaya, one of the Sound Four, he made an elaborate plan, purposely missing with his kunai strike in order to draw her closer. He pretended that he'd fallen victim to her Genjutsu while, in reality, he'd used his shadow technique to break one of his own fingers to escape it. - He was able to identify the link between Hidan's Jutsu and the blood circle he created on the floor very quickly. - He infused the chakra blades he had with the chakra he used for his techniques and was able to pin Hidan's and Kakuzu's shadows with them, showing that he can use his technique as a projectile. After this, he pushed Kakuzu (who had escaped using his arm), using Hidan (who he had control of) into a position where he was open to getting hit by Kakashi's Raikiri. - Later on, it's revealed that Shikamaru came up with a humongous, elaborate plan. He gave Kakashi a blood capsule so he could extract blood from Kakuzu. After getting it back, he lured Hidan away (using his Shadow Possession) and feigned getting injured. He released the blood capsule so it spilt Kakuzu's blood on his face and on Hidan's weapon, with Hidan then performing his Jashin ritual and taking out one of Kakuzu's hearts. After this, he reveals that he'd set up this area beforehand, showing that he'd dug a huge hole in order to bury Hidan. Using his shadow technique, he pulled all the paper bombs that he'd set up and wrapped them around Hidan before letting them explode, dismembering Hidan and burying him there. - In Part 1, he's estimated to have an IQ of over 200. So, it's pretty much a question of if he'd be able to come up with a strategy that would work against each of his opponents. |

Greetings. I will be your waifu this season.

I don't think he'd beat anyone from the tournament, he lacks the stopping power to do so. Hard to tell how well Shadow Strangle would work on people who can tank bullets. |

I think I remember most of his feats from Part 1 but a lot of the info you provided is new to me lol. Based on that, I would say. Scenario 1: Doesn't even get past the first battle Scenario 2: If he doesn't know his opponent, what is he preparing for? lol. Same story as Scenario 1. Scenario 3: He would have to be a good distance away from his opponents so he can get them with his Shadow Possession Jutsu. I don't think it would be too challenging for him do that for the BoDB characters but when he's up against the likes of 21st Budokai Goku or Jackie Chun, it's going to be quite difficult. If he gets them off guard, it's a guaranteed win for all the matches. If not, he could take the first 3 but lose to the rest of the list. Edited by Yusuke, Dec 21 2014, 04:46 AM.
