R1 and R4 goes to Batman.

Bonus goes for Daredevil's team. Kingpin can easily destroy the 4 Batmen.

Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?!

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.

Any reasons why you'd think it goes this way?

I have to disagree on the bonus round, not that Daredevil's team might win as they have a very good chance, but the Kingpin isn't that much of a threat to 3 Batmen and Bane. Bane can take on Kingpin and keep him occupied, they are both pretty big guys and both very strong too. That leaves 3 Batmen to fight off three martial artists who have his own respective talents but divided into 3 separate entities, while the Batmen have all 3 aspects in each of them (Debatable for Kilmer) so it's either pretty even or the Batman take it.

Of course, seeing as Bale is the only one that can turn his head, they might have a slight visual disadvantage.
