Darth Maul and his brother, Savage Oppress, seek to depose Sidious's new apprentice, Count Dooku.

All of these fighters are their Clone Wars program iterations (especially Savage since I don't think he exists outside of the show lol)

Who wins?

Hmmm, I think the duo fairs a touch better than the Nightsisters and Ventress did in their attempt. But Dooku is tough, and a heavily under estimated Sith Lord. Keep in mind he's a master of Force Lightning, especially the drain variant. Which Savage shows very little to no resistance too. Also an ability that could and would heavily damage their cybernetics. And given the inconsistency of the Maul Bros, I'm almost certain Palpatine's true apprentice holds the cards.

While they somehow managed to duel Obi-Wan and Ventress to a stand still (Granted they were not at their best) Kenobi showed considerable skill soloing the duo. Dooku has solo'd Kenobi and Skywalker for three years running during the Clone War. He'd also defeated them back to back, only retreating when YODA showed up (And let's face it, I'm not the type of Sith that wants to fight Yoda one on one either)

Either way, Palpatine holds Dooku in much higher regard than he did Maul, even refusing to take him back after Maul's failed attempt to rival Sidious.

End of the day, Dooku's victories far outnumber his defeats im combat. Maul's are a bit more even. And frankly, Dooku's a superior duelist, a more masterful force user and most importantly, he cannot be unbalanced and has no fear!

And I sense much fear in the Zarbraks...

I agree that Dooku would win. I feel like the Clone Wars show how powerful Dooku really is.

It would be one awesome battle though!

As for the Obi-Wan point, I'd say that this was an exception rather than a rule. He was infuriated that Adi Galia had been killed, sort of like how he was enraged when Qui-Gon was killed. Without that "rage boost", I think the Maul Bros. would have beaten him.

I think that Darth Maul would fare just as well as Anakin did in the Season 4 finale when he almost beat Dooku.

As for Savage, I think you're right in saying that lightning would knock him out.

On Obi-Wan, he was upset for sure. But there was some time in between for him to gather his thoughts. He was about a Zen as he was when he had Grevious on the run and when he humiliated Ventress. Usually when he freaks out he ends up messing up (How he nearly lost to Maul the first time and even when he fought him in the pit.) Kenobi holds it down when he's cold as ice.

Either way, Obiwan aside this would have been a much better way to end the Death Watch - Maul Bros arc, wish you woulda been on the writing staff! Great way to end an arc before the spectacular season 5 finale.

Thanks man!

However, I wouldn't say Obi-Wan messed up in Episode I.

Before that one-on-one duel, Obi-Wan was getting kicked around by Maul.

After getting mad, Obi-Wan split the double-bladed staff in half and the two were fighting evenly until Maul used Force Push.

As for the end of the Maul Bros arc, I would've loved this ending or Maul vs. Anakin. I really cannot believe they never fought even once!

Gotta admit though, that Sidious duel was brilliant.

Dooku should take this. Obi-wan exploited a weakness the Maul Bros had and thats how he won. I think Maul and Dooku just fought in a comic though and Maul won so I don't know.

Based on the show however Dooku wins.

Dooku>/=Anakin and Obi-Wan> Maul Bros.

I've been seeing the Clone Wars more recently and that's what sparked this Star Wars post streak.

I honestly don't know which show I like more: Clone Wars or Avatar. They're both insanely awesome and two of my favorite shows of all time.
