DCAU Green Lantern's shield couldn't take a flung pie. Granted, it was the Flash flinging it, but still, rather pathetic considering.

But the ring is strong enough to planet bust, or theoretically do so. And in fairness, that was a really funny scene. Never underestimate the power of the Flash or his sense of humor. Serious Flash > Cut loose Superman > Hilarious stuff Flash does that annoy the league but still make them all love him more than life itself >>>> DC universe

When did the ring show that off?

Again, I remember him having trouble with the likes of Giganta, who in the DCAU isn't particuarily impressive

It was an earlier episode. GL mistakenly blew up a planet. Though I think it was just the wrong planet, or an uninhabited one or something. He was almost executed for it or something. It's been a while since I've seen the original Justice League Episodes.

He was framed for that though, wasn't he? It was either that, or it was a chain reaction.

Anyway, I just don't think Static's shocks can do enough damage to Peter to keep him down, which leads to webbing spam. That's another thing, there's very little Static can do if he's webbed up. He can't conduct electricity through it and while he could use his EM powers to levitate stuff, it's still debilitating.

True. But so is being bound by steel girders or something of the like to Pete. That or he probably wouldn't fare too well if Static hit him over the head with a Fire Engine. Would Virgil do that? Probably not, he's more likely to grab some street lights and tangle him up while cutting himself loose. Or possibly incinerating the webbing with a barrier.

I think Pete has bent steel girders, it seems familiar, but I'm not sure.

And this is again where the environment comes into play. Are their car tires, wood, or water nearby? Then Peter's chances increase drastically. Are there cars, big metal things, etc around? Static's chances increase

Lemmie check the Op....
Yeah, battlefield is Metropolis. Both of them are Urban Super Heroes, and Metropolis is similar enough to New York that Pete would be fine. It's similar to Dakota City and Static has been to Metropolis once or twice, so neither of them has any unfair edge.

More specific. If they're in the park, Peter's experience with sneaking into places as well as the lack of anything metallic gives Peter a huge edge. A carpark gives Peter the option to use tires, but I think Static benefits far more from the amount of stuff he can throw. If they're near the docks, I'm willing to bet Peter can push him into the water before Static does anything too drastic

I dunno, I guess most of these Super Hero Cross Over Battles seem to happen Downtown, close to wallstreet or whatever.

Then Static probably wins if Peter can't close the distance

What are the odds that Doc Ock and Hotstreak come in and get them to team up (because we all know that that's how the fight is really gonna end lol)

None, Doc Ock would never work with someone like Hotstreak. He has enough trouble getting team killed by Electro(I think Electro has hit his own teammates a total of 6 times)

Have Goblin do it, the guy is a far better manipulator of people with anger issues(Molten Man). Not to mention his status as the most badass of the Spectacular Spider-Man villains
