That's a gameplay feature, a Ratatta with a Focus Sash, Endeavor, and Quick Attack can still beat them. Stats don't mean anything, otherwise, Ninjask can be faster than Arceus.

I would also like to mention that them being stronger than Arceus makes no damn sense in terms of lore. What have Groudon, Rayquaza, and Kyogre done? They moved continents around, created oceans, and Rayquaza keeps balance. What were they born in their restricted forms? There's nothing saying they're tougher than Arceus other than the fact that their stats are better, which I'm sure is bound to change when a Cosmic or God Arceus shows up with 200 in every stat or something

The god's wins this, they have some decent feats to show here, i think Slifer would stomp Rayquaza, while Obelisk and Ra defeat Groudon and Kyogre.
