Battle of the old guys. I think this should be fairly close. Who wins?

I'd say while Oonoki's dust release can break down Roshi's atoms, Roshi should be too fast for him to even compete in a fair fight.

Flight should negate that advantage though. And Oonoki isn't a slouch in speed either. I would say for advantages:

Oonoki: Strength, filght, techniques

Roshi: Speed, durability, endurance, blast power.

Greetings. I will be your waifu this season.

I'd say Oonoki.

He could make some earth clones and if he managed to weigh Roshi down then it's an easy win for him Roshi becomes useless when Oonoki takes to the air really KHH isn't fast enough to hit a moving target, it's blast radius is easily dodgeable and it uses a lot of Ki.

He could also smash up some rocks and fire them at Roshi while they're extremely heavy, if Roshi's exhausted at that point he's screwed.

The resident GT fan!

Master Roshi is far faster than he is, i think he would win this, but Oonoki has much more lifting strengh and jutsu to use and his special tecknique.

Roshi can catch bullets faster than sound speed. Considering the only person in the series that even moved at that speed was Gate of death Might Gai, Onoki isnt catching him by suprise.

Roshi busted a moon. The new Naruto movie is all about the moon breaking up and entering earth. That threat is bigger than Onoki yet Roshi can litteraly stop it in a few seconds.

Fighting style goes to roshi, He was regarded as the best martial artist on earth. In the Narutoverse, Onoki isnt even talked about in the area of Tai Jutsu.

Really the only way i see Roshi losing is threw particle style (Roshi has dodged faster). Hes faster (Those in doubt look up the fight with him and kid krillin) physiclly superior (Light weight boulder jutsu does not count as lifting strength) more powerful (Moonbuster while every top tier in naruto are mear mountain busters) and just overall a better fighter.

Oneshot imo in Roshis favor.

What? utter BS, Naruto and Minato teleport(Naruto at short distance) characters wayyyy back in the Chuunin exams dodge sound waves, others react to lightning and move so fast they can't be seen by highly trained ninja with superhuman reflexes.

Irrelevant. Just because someone can't blow up a moon doesn't default mean they're less powerful than Roshi.
Roshi can't fly, guess Tsuchikage is more powerful then since he can do something Roshi can't?

Does it matter? He doesn't need Taijutsu, he can fly, de-atomize things and change the weight of things.

You have no proof that he's faster given that Naruto characters were going faster than sound in Part I and that being way stronger than that is a requirement for Kage. Not to mention flying how does Roshi even catch him?

Plus he can just go in to the ground as Roshi attacks him, leaving Roshi to get tangled up in an Earth Clone and get weighed down.

Why don't you look up Naruto speed feats before stating they're slow with no evidence.
Might Gai wasn't going just faster than sound, he was going so fast his speed literally bent space.

Words like "moonbuster" have no place here, it's an irrelevant level of destructive capacity nobody can use in a fight and not every series' strength is based around how much they can blow up, insta-kill techniques etc are far superior for example.
