Or they cross into another universe where both Goku and Vegeta were killed.

You know, that makes a lot of sense to me.

Perhaps two Universes are colliding with each other... one Universe where Frieza had succeeded in killing off all the Saiyans and survives, but that Universe is at risk and no matter what Frieza was never meant to live, so in that time Frieza is a God of destructio, so to fix that Kakarrot and Vegeta must defeat Frieza with their God powers... kind of an Alternate Reality where everything went went wrong, much worse than in Trunks' time, to the point where if something isn't done that Universe will cease to exist.

Just a wild theory.

Yeah... please don't use an attack that's only worked once. AT doesn't need to try and convince everyone that it really can work, even though I think it's pretty useless, especially with how long it takes to charge.

The problem with the alternate universe theory is that I'm pretty sure it's been confirmed by Toryama that Freeza is wished back to life. So a universe in which Goku and Vegeta were killed by Freeza would likely not have a dead Freeza to be wished back. He'd still be alove and ruling. Unless Gohan or Piccolo killed him. But then it seems weird to bring back a different Freeza who's death came under different circumstances. That just doesn't seem like it would be as effective as seeing the very Freeza who had such history with our Goku and Vegeta rather than another version of them.

The theory isn't an alternate universe one.

The theory I've put forward is that the wish will be something along the lines of "We wish Freeza had never died on Namek!"... so it's still the same universe (and Freeza) but now things would have to change... creating an alternate reality within the same universe.

But then, somehow (the things on heir chests), Goku and Vegeta manage to continue to exist outside of that now changed reality (and conveniently their alternate selves won't exist... likely due to re-written events)... and fix things somehow.

I think he's talking about my theory, because I brought up the Alternate Timeline thing.

Can someone explain me about the Frieza thing. What kind of power up does he get? Who gives it? Where does it come from? How did it came here?

he has a new transformation for one, and i think he comes back stroner some how not sure
but it works out somehow

i think we should give Toei and AT the benefit of the doubt
that it won't be a generic ending look at BOG that was a surprising ending

One Movie isn't enough to restore my faith in TOEI, I have some for AT but if AT screws this up, then I'll have as much faith for AT as I do for TOEI.

Surely that is not within Shenron's power? Otherwise they could have averted many crisis in the past. "I wish Vegeta doesn't come to Earth". "I wish Cell never absorbed 18". "I wish Buu was never hatched." etc etc.

maybe goku and vegeta due to their god training and god powers
ACTUALLY have god powers other than strength where they can
use it, alter realities somehow or create things out of no where ect...

Maybe freeza will get his immortality, allowing him to access a form which would have killed him as a mortal. The finale of this movie will be Roshi trapping Freeza in a fridge freezer with the Mafuba.

Who knows... Shenron's power seems to change every other day.

EDIT: And perhaps they never thought of such wishes... I mean they did consider turning back time post-Cell Games as if that wasn't out of reach.
