Then Revival of B and then finally, Revival of O
Posted Image
I would actually really love Revival of O
Then as a climax to all the "Revival of" movies in the trilogy, we will have another revival of F. Only this "F" is the most dangerous and sadistic F's out of them all. He's a warrior that has waited for too long to extract his revenge on all living things. A being so terrifying and ruthless that he was sealed in another dimension so that the gods wouldn't have to deal with him. He's the one and only...

Toji would be proud of this.
Toji signed on as the director of the film.

Since we now know that Freeza can survive literally in tiny pieces, It'd be cool if they don't kill him in the end and they just cut off his head and keep it in a tank so he can be reluctantly wheeled out to converse with the Z fighters from time to time. He knows about Boo and Beerus, he might have more valuable information.

*reads this in Funimation dub Vegeta's voice*

Something different is going to happen with frieza I'm pretty sure. Two voice actors have hinted at it now. I think he survives in the end

Maybe Beerus doesn't know that Whis takes Vegeta and Goku as his pupils. When he wakes up and discovers this, he strongly dissaproves and decides to aid Freeza in his training.

I saw this because of the caption that suggested Beerus was suppose to be asleep. Maybe he wakes up early and, upon seeing Whis with the saiyans, feels threatened or betrayed somehow. Sohe trains Freeza as reretaliation. It's far fetched but I think it adds an interesting student/teacher dynamic, and would reestablish Beerus as a villain.

The thing I find absolutely funny (not in a positive way) is how Gohan is handled, indeed, while him being out of the big fighting schemes can make a sense from our an author's real point of view (he doesn't care about fighting, he is not the protagonist and the fan(boy)s want to see the good, old Goku-Vegeta love story), it surely can't make any sense from the Z warriors' and from an inner story point of view: I mean, they know Beerus is going to destroy the planet, they know they are outmatched and they know Gohan is the absolute strongest among them (because, besides the Ssj God ritual which doesn't relate to a naturally hidden power, Gohan clearly is) but still they give the Ssj God to Goku, who is a weaker fighter (surely, he is the leader of the group, he is the icon, but still a weaker fighter than Gohan nonetheless), and thus they deliberately accept a higher risk of losing the battle and of being destroyed along with the planet...
That must be some retarded behaviour.

Regarding Freeza, it makes sense for him to gain exponentially with training (120.000.000 natural power vs Goku's 5, and look what kind of level Goku reached), but this whole training argument makes him look (still from the previously mentioned inner story point of view) like an absolute idiot: I mean, you know and fear Majin Buu (and these obviously are the Kid Boo or Fat Boo forms we are talking about), but at the same time you know that with a scanty training session of 4 months (when you live thousands of years) you could beat him; you fear the existence of a super saiyan when the latter would be a joke if you only had the will to move your royal a*** out of your royal chair and, despite that, finally you end up your life cut into pieces exactly by a Ssj..
Man, Freeza must be the greatest idiot who ever lived.

The thing with you saying Gohan is the stronger fighter is bull. He may or may not have the higher pl, but as a fighter he is a joke. He was easily dispatched and he tried a sneak attack for gods sake.

The strongest fighter in BoG was Vegeta based off the fact that in the actual full length cut, he's the only one who can even defend himself and deflect a blow from Beerus. Beerus compliments Vegetas skill compared to the others long before he gets mad about Bulma. So if they were going to the strongest or most skilled fighter they would go Vegeta, and should have went Vegeta thus him saying why does he get to be the god.

They went with the best mix though because well Vegeta gets arrogant with power. No need to test how much he has truly changed if you're them. And there's also the fact that Gohan is a failure. With the power to beat cell, he got his dad and trunks killed. With all the power to beat Buu, he toyed with him for kicks and let his brother and trunks get back involved, which got them absorbed. Then he screwed around and got himself absorbed. So by every means, Goku is the reliable one.

All they risked with Goku winning was him refuse to kill Beerus and sparing him. With Vegeta they risk a power trip of arrogance and probably more collateral damage to the planet than necessary in a win. With Gohan a win probably ends up with most of them dead based off his track record (hell the guy deflected a bullet into his own wife just a couple minutes earlier)

As for training, I'm not really knocking Frieza there. By every means, Vegeta didn't train to he got to earth. It's something that's foreign to them. Vegeta got his strength from fighting and killing outside the Bardock filler movie. They don't train because they weren't introduced to the concept. Vegeta once he sees its benefits becomes obsessed with doing it. Piccolo is obsessed with it but the other nameks aren't shown to do it either. It's an earth and other world thing.

I had similar thoughts and the only logical explanatios is that they either think Gohan is completely incompetent, or Goku has surpassed Gohan at this point, as ludicrous as this seems. Gohan has more potential but the ssjg isn't a potential unlock I don't think, so a ssjg Goku would still be stronger if he is stronger normally.

As for Freeza, it is ludicrous. You would have thought if he'd not done this training just because before, he would have done it after Namek. It was a year and a half before Goku returned to Earth, Freeza could have done his 4 months training and dispatched of Trunks and Goku like it was nothing.

A. Freeza is a busy guy. Who knows how much true free time the guy had.
B. Freeza has gone on record claiming he never needed to train because he far outclassed everyone in the universe.
C. Freeza's demise came to him in a weeks time, and only realized he was being backed into a corner by the time he summoned the Ginyu Force, which really doesn't give a whole lot of time to prepare for a Super Saiyajin, which he honestly had no reason to expect.
D. Who's to say Freeza even new the potential of training himself before he met the Zetto Senshii?

He was able to nearly match Piccolo in a physical match, Freeza must have trained before unless je has natural fighting skill, which makes no sense

That doesn't explain why he didn't train before coming to Earth for revenge. Maybe it'll be explained in the movie. I don't mind Freeza training - even though I'd prefer an unnatural source of power for him - but 4 months?! Why? He could have had 3 years if Toriyama wanted. Personally, as nobody evil has ever spent significant time dead and then been revived, I would have written that Freeza learnt of a means for more power when he was in hell. Another dimension or something. That way his lack of training before would make sense. I'm still excited and can't wait to see how it turns out, it just sems the whole '4 months' thing is too much of an original Dragonballesque joke and not suited to Lord Freeza. I just want something more significant as it completely undermines saiyan power, myth and legend.

I think he trained to get where he was at (power and skill-wise) before he even met Vegeta.

He states he hasn't. Any skill he's accumulated was probably taught to him by his father, which doesn't constitute training(in the sense of increasing one's strength), it constitutes practice.

We don't even know where he is going to train yet.

He expected Buu to be fearsome, but he cannot sense ki so he likely doesn't know how they compare. Buu would've likely absorbed him if he was even remotely close to his power. He did say he didn't expect Goku to advance that much.
