Its main strength relies on the pressure points which means if he touches you you are already dead. I personally think he can easily beat everybody up until 23 tenkaichi budokai or maybe boDBZ what do you think?

In one of the TB Tournements, Kid Krillin fought Chun and in a couple of Seaconds they both threw flurries of punches and kicks and even had time to play a few games of rock paper siccor and the crowd didnt even know what was going on as they couldnt see them move as thats how fast they were going. Considering this is Kid Krillin who just started his training, can actully move like that, Its very likley Goku could as well as Goku as a kid was always 9 steps ahead of krillin. Kenshiro does not have the reaction speed of the 22nd TB Top tiers nor the combat speed. Goku as a kid was faster than lighting as he was trained by Mr.POPO (Some one who already exceeded it) and he exceed the speeds before the real training begun. Kenshiro isnt beating someone as strong as 23 TB Goku, He is stronger than Roshi (A MoonBuster), Can outpace the eyes of God, Not to mention being a better martial artist in general. Kenshirio was only know for beating Thugs and the only style he was only accustem to fighting apposed to Hokto was Nanto.Goku as a kid was beating Martial arts legends like Boss Rabbit (Rabbit Style),Mercenary Tao and Tien (Crane Style), Krillin (Turtle Hermit),Piccolo and Children (Demon Style ) and other acomplished fighters like boxers,Nam and King Chappa.
