Hard to say how Kyouka would affect her since her body works very different from a normal persons. I forget her abilities exactly but she showed more impressive feats than Aizen, or at least Ryuko did and Ragyo was far more powerful until the end. Also unless she blurted it out for whatever reason he wouldn't know how to kill her and even if he did how would he pull it off without the Scissor Blades? I guess this battle would just go on forever if Aizen is immortal however can he survive in space so easily? Given how much Kenpachi got wrecked by it Aizen should be affected somewhat so perhaps Ragyo could just throw him in to the nearest star or something.
