Later on, Ryuko battles someone who's capable of life wiping via smothering a planet and converting everyone on it into cloth minions. At that point, Ryuko's regeneratio became absurd and she got a zenkai abilitiy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hkix7x92zE8 Also worth noting that Ryuko's blades can negate regeneration by slicing them apart at the molecular level so they can't grow back. As for Satsuki, I don't have the videos on hand(copyright) but she tanked a missile, falling at terminal velocity, and is generally considered to be the second strongest hero, barring Ryuko. This by proxy makes her stronger than the Elite 4, who have giant a*** missile silos as weapons and can crush giant stone pillars with ease. One of the Elite 4 casually deflects rocket powered blades and fires lasers that turn concrete to melted slag. TBH, by the EOS, Ryuko is so far above anyone else, it's not even funny. Especially when she turns Super Saiyan
