Perfect Cell absorbs the rest of Gero's DBZ creations: #13, #14, #15, #16, #19, #20 To keep things somewhat simple, have the first 5 absorptions equal to the boost Cell got from absorbing #17. When Cell becomes transcendent by absorbing the last android, apply the boost he got from absorbing #18. How powerful is Transcendent Cell?
	We Super Saiyans are in a league of our own.

Firefaux Favourite Manga Nein	I was going to say stronger than SSJ3 Goku because I originally was going with a 2x boost that Imperfect Cell likely got from 17. But then I felt that this particular boost was more additive, whereas 18 did the same for Cell, but, because Cell achieved "perfection", his body generated the rest of the power boost on its own. To be honest i think this Cell is powerfull enough to handle Base Gotenks Post Rosat, the gains arequite big, also note i used Imperfect Cell Post Absorptions and applyed the boosts.
