Google Chrome	Chief is deprived of weapons and is under the impression that the doctor's mechanical arms are just regular metal. The doctor thinks Chief's armor is just regular metal. I am leaning towards Ock, his speed and strength showings are much better

Chief could win with weapons in a tough fight, but the metal arms should be too much to handle in the end.
	We Super Saiyans are in a league of our own.

What if Chief were a good distance away with a pistol or battle rifle? The tentacles have sensors that allow them to react to Spider-Man level speed and can think on their own. Here's the feat where he casually blocks Hobgoblin's shots and bombs. Keep in mind, this was a demon powered Hobgoblin and his magic was very powerful. Ock lost the fight only because his hellfire could melt his tentacles, something Chief doesn't have the luxury of.
