I figured I could find one on Ebay, but they don't list whether or not it has the original soundtrack....

You want to buy a game you already have just for the soundtrack? Plus, don't 360/PS3 games have customizable soundtracks? You upload music into your hard drive or whatever and listen to it when you're playing.
