It has long been speculated that bats are the reason for the terrible Ebola virus that has affected West-Africa in the most devastating way. Researchers now say that fruit bats can help them understand and defeat the virus.

Do you think bats can be used to help defeat the deadly virus? Discuss.

Considering none of us are actually scientists, I'm going to have to say there's actually nothing to discuss. Unless some of you want to just say some random bulls*** and make it seem like you know something! ;)

You don't have to be a scientist to have an opinion.

But in reality, none of us have any idea about what's going on with the bats besides "Bats are supposedly the origin of the ebola virus" Or something along those lines.

The truth is, we can't really have an opinion, because none of us have any clue as to what's happening. I can say that "Oh yeah, definitely, this might help get a cure!" But all I'd be doing is saying bulls***, because I honestly have no idea.

Granted, but did I ever ask you to scientifically explain or have knowledge about it?

Okay, maybe I did, so I'll add the word "hope" to it. Is there hope?
