Google Chrome	The Chief is in his armor, but has no guns or Cortana. Quaritch has his AMP Suit, and has exchanged the glass of the cockpit for unbreakable but clear metal. Quaritch has the knife, but nothing else. Who wins? I am inclined to say that Quaritch has greater strength(he held off the Thanator, which weighs in excess of 6 tons) but is nowhere near as fast

However, With Quaritch in the AMP suit, that is not the case. One of The Fall of Reach chapters has a Spartan training drill that involved exosuits not unlike the AMP suit in use if not design. This was with Spartans not wearing MJOLNIR armour (it had yet to be issued to them) and among other things the Spartans (the Chief in particular) showed and ability to completely outclass the exosuits, right down to punching heavy dents into the armour plates of the suits. With the MJOLNIR suit, I see no reason why the CHief could not simply punch THROUGH the AMP suit hardpoints to neutralise it.

The AMP suit was noted to be able to survive a grenade launcher with no injuries, but I get your point. Quaritch is outmatched then. Now, to see if he can beat Keyes in the Dragon vs Pelican topic
