If they played their cards tactically, they could do it. With Guldos Telekenetic powers, and the strength of the others, why not? Google Chrome	Nappa shrugged off Chaozu's telekinesis and Freeza is a telekinetic himself, he would easily break free of Guldo's attack. Also, he knows their abilities intimately, the instant he sees them even try to do something, he can kill them all before they can even react.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Yu Yu Hakusho	Not to mention that the time freeze ability affects everyone so even if he used that instead of TK then it wouldn't change anything since Frieza would just out react everyone once time starts moving again. Jeice, Burter, and Recoome are useless, and it'd be hard for Ginyu to take over Frieza's body if he's dead before he could blink.

That is actually very simple, they could not even lay a hand at Frieza, to make it easy for ya: - Jeish and Burter looked like complete idiots and weakling when they fought Base Goku with a power level of 60.000, now imagine what Frieza's 530.000 would have done to them. - Guldo's mind games are wortless here same way Chaotzu could not hold off Nappa back. - Recoome got beaten by one punch from Base Goku, who only had a power level of 60.000. - Captain Ginyu was s***ting his pants at a level of 180.000, just think his reaction if he fought against somene with 530.000. Frieza would kill all of them with utmostease in his first form, none of them could handle Frieza.

They were comfortable, and you have to keep in mind they WILLINGLY worked for Frieza. They're a mercenary unit. Meaning Frieza pays them and pays them well. What would those goofballs do with the universe once they took it over? Or why kill Frieza and ruin their cushy gig. They were the universe's strongest warriors, got paid for it, and could do whatever they wanted with no repercussions. So there was no point in going after Frieza, even if they won it would inconvinece them.

As for gore Freeza smashes Ginyu's mouth with his finger so he can't talk, before tearing off his horns. Freeza shoves Ginyu's horns through Guldo's face before tearing it off(Guldo's face), shoving Guldo's face into Burter's throat to choke him, tearing off Recoome's arm and beating Jeice to death with it as he makes Recoome's brain explode with his telekinesis. Then he says a witty one liner to Ginyu(You're fired) flying him into space and watching him die
