Posts: 7,023 Group: Elite Member Member #9,876 Joined: August 11, 2013 Gender Male Country Canada	Whether or not Kaioshin is stronger than Piccolo or vice-versa, we have an uncontradicted statement of the Base Kids being on the same level as No. 18 by the Daiz that's supported by the Manga. There's really no reason to have the Base Kids much lower than that. As for the Piccolo VS Kaioshin topic, IDK really. There's an argument to be made for both I guess. Even a chain of Kaioshin > Piccolo > Base Adults > Base Kids ~ No.18 > Freeza would work for me really.

Personal preference. There's actually an answer to this. Cell says Goku was exaggerating about Gohan's power, implying at the least that he's not some sort of unbeatable fiend compared to Goku.

I believe it doest make much sense to have the Base Saiyans above Piccolo, but it was made perfectly clear in the manga through many indications that they actually are stronger than Piccolo while in base, so IMO Base Saiyans > Kaioshin > Piccolo Buu Arc.

I have no problems with your chain of Kaioshin ~ > Piccolo > Adults Saiyans (Base) > Kids Saiyans (Base) ~ > #18. I just don't think it's solid direct evidence to say for certain that the kids are above #18. I know the guidebook [Daizenshuu] states the kids rival #18, but that comes directly from the fight. Anyway to answer the topic, I don't think asking Base Saiyans during Majin Boo is the correct question, if the base Saiyans surpassed #18 or even maybe Piccolo, Cell Arc is the best place to find out. Why? 1. Within the manga, it was clear that Gohan was far, far better as a kid compared to his teen self, and since during the 7 years, there was no sign of him training to increase his battle powers, Goku even admits Gohan has slacked of. 2. SS2 Goku & Majin Vegeta was only just greater than SS2 Rage Kid Gohan after 7 years of training. So no matter what the contradictory statements says, Gohan was stronger during the Cell Arc and Goku & Vegeta only passed him after the 7 years. 3. Piccolo has already established he was equal to #17 before 1st ROAST [Kamicolo]. 4. SS2 Rage Kid Gohan > Super Perfect Cell > FPSS1 or MSS1 Kid Gohan ~ Perfect Cell [increased speed] > Perfect Cell [suppressed] > FPSS1 or MSS1 Goku > Super Vegeta ~ Super Trunks > Piccolo [POST-ROAST]. 5. Future Trunks should be above Piccolo [POST-ROAST], but for whatever reason, he still transformed into a SS1 to defeat #17 and #18 [weaker than main timeline]. 6. Are the kids from main time line stronger than Future Trunks [POST-ROAST]? If they are, then Toriyama just made them so because of no reason besides he needed them to be. Stupid reason if you ask me. All the zenkai are explained.
