At equal power levels, how do namekians compare to saiyans in durability?

Vegeta was around Piccolo's power level during the Frieza fight. Piccolo took Frieza one on one for five minutes, Vegeta did the same. Both of them got shot through the chest. Piccolo walked away alive, Vegeta didn't (though he got better) so I'd probably say Namekians, although Vegeta to his credit can take on hell of a beating and still walk away.

Vegeta got a worse beating from Freeza before being impaled through the chest, I'd say.

Vegeta's body may be more durable but if he gets a puncture he's done. Can Piccolo only regrow limbs or does he have limited regeneration of the rest of his body? Cell blasted a hole in him as well.

I think Namekians are more durable due to their regenerative ability.
However, with Namekians, their ki has to be high enough to regenerate as well.

Regenerating leaves them weakened, but not dead unless they're too weak to pull it off. Saiyans just die.

A saiyans body may be harder to damage in the first place though whereas namekians recover more easily.

In terms of pain tolerance at least, Namekians have them beat

When Vegeta's arm is broken, he's down on the ground screaming to the high heavens

When Piccolo's arm is broken in the Budokai, he just lols before pulling it off
