Google Chrome	We all know that Spider-Man would tear them to shreds in a 1 v 1, but with such a numbers edge, can they win? I highly doubt it. Spider-Man can tank peak human punches and even super human ones. He is apparently so tough, he can break someone's hand just by tensing up when they punch him. Which makes sense, considering Aloysha smashed him over the head with spear(which shattered) and was no sold for his troubles That's not even going into the immense strength edge he has on them(tipping over a train car with one finger) and speed edge. BTW, since locale is important, Spider-Man is murdering criminals in Arkham. Batman, feeling cautious, calls in everyone that's free to come help deal with the menace. Other than that though, the team merely knows that he's brutally strong and fast. The team has no prep since they're called on such short notice. Spider-Man doesn't know they're coming but has gotten somewhat used to Arkham's layout(not a master). The team isn't trying to kill him(bar Red Hood) but will not go easy on him, knowing he has powers

This guy is no stranger to solo'ing teams (The Xmen, the Fantastic Four, the Sinister Six) and honestly the Bat Family would be no exception. Cain, Dameon and Todd very rarely if ever fight Supers, so they'd be non factors. Tim has at least lead the Young Justice League, but because of a lack of centrisitic and a doubtful team spirit, I don't think they could all stay in sync long enough to slow down Spiderman, if they have ANYTHING in their arsenal that can hurt/kill him.

Google Chrome	It might get even worse if the team decides to fan to search for him. The Kraven family learned that the hard way. Quite honestly, this just a scaled up version of the Spider-Man vs Kraven Family fight, which ended with him holding Kraven at spear point, dragging Aloysha away, and tearing off one of their faces Optimus Prime style I can't imagine that's going to help the Bat-team's morale. Red Hood might be a detriment. Arkham is usually portrayed as a closed space, and considering Spider-Man's experience with redirecting weapons, Red Hood will have to drop his guns or risk friendly fire

Terry sucks, someone with Tim Drake level abilities was kicking his a*** with no trouble what so ever Even Woof, who was afraid of a rottweiler, was capable of "nearly taking a bite out of me"
