So I think that Batman wins.

Martial Arts: Bruce is well trained in multiple martial arts, he is known as the man who has mastered 127 forms of martial arts. Well in most comic books, the explanation given is that if Superman didn't hold back against Batman or anyone for that matter, he could crush Batman with utter ease. The only reason he even hits Superman sometimes is because Superman sometimes moves at a speed that Batman can actually see and react to. In one of the Comic Books Superman doesn't hold back enough, and Batman actually shatters his entire hand.

Something else i remembered Batman has endured a hit that broke his back, a good durability feat.
