Google chrome Favourite Manga Dragonball	So I know your thinking is this guy a idiot but no I'm not talking about earths military but look at it this way humans aren't physically strong ( in universe) but are technology is awsome I mean look at the androids there human made and are in the Gand sceam of things are actually really strong I mean look at the weakest of androids, android 8 now he is strong but then look at 19 he is quit under rated if you look at it at minimum absolute minimum he is slightly stronger than 100% Frieza (the almighty space tyrant who was feared all over the universe) and 19 was made by a human now imagine humans made an army of android 19s (who can also absorb energy) that would be enough to take over the universe if the ssjs didn't intervene. But that's only him imagine 17,18 just normal humans but dr hero turned them into power houses able to beat untrained Ssjs now that is scary an army of infinite energy ssj rivalling power robots Then 16 a special ops unit built to do a mission and when complete reworded to do the next mission. And they even made cell an android so powerful could beat an untrained ssj2. So if humans did use andriods they could actually take over the universe with an army of Average solider: android 19s Elite cyborgs: androids 17 and 18 Special elite ops: android 16 And last resort super weapon: Cells

In an Earth that is populated with thousands or millions of Human beings, we only see approximately a dozen, if not less, who are actually somewhat powerful in DBZ [Krillin, Tien, Yamcha, Chiaotzu, Roshi, #17, #18, Yajirobe] (some of these choices were generous from a power point of view) So, I would say that these Humans are the exception, rather than the rule. As for Gohan and the Hyrbid kids, it is my personal theory that the volatility of Human emotions allows them to access more dormant Saiyan power more quickly than normal Saiyans. In other words, the Human side enhances the Saiyan side rather than being powerful on its own. EDIT: Oh, you meant their technological prowess... my bad. I agree. If Bulma and Gero teamed up, they might take over the universe. No joke. Gero alone managed to match a mid/high-range SSJ2 with SPC. With Bulma, they might reach SSJ3 or Fusion tiers. Genius like Bulma and Dr. Briefs are definitely rare in the DB Universe, but I don't think their geniuses are that comparable to one another. For example, Dr. Briefs went on about how the blueprints for the Androids were well beyond him, meaning that they were lucky to have been able to figure out how to create a shutdown device for them let alone fully grasp their designs. Though I'd say humans definitely have technological potential judging by these geniuses alone. Remember, Dr. Gero's androids were well weaker than a Saibaman before Dr. Gero invented the later androids. And he was only able to create such powerful Androids due to studying some of the most powerful warriors in the universe. If it wasn't for alien interference these later androids most likely wouldn't have existed. Edited by SSJsongojames, Oct 22 2014, 03:21 PM.

Gero is the smarter one, but Bulma could definitely be a helpful scientific partner. Gero worked on the Cyborgs for many years, and Bulma managed to ascertain how to shut them down in a matter of days. Not to mention, she made a machine that was able to break through the barrier of time (Trunks's time machine).
	We Super Saiyans are in a league of our own.

Like stated above, she managed to figure out how to shutdown Gero's Cyborgs. She build a freakin Time Machine. Hell, she created the Dragon Radar, one of the most important devices in the series and she was far younger. She is most lkely the wealthiest woman on earth due to her brain. In terms of smarts, she might be rivaling Tuffle intelligence.

However in tecknology they are definently at the top levels although with some incosistencies. Its true Bulma and Gero created a time machine and android powerfull enough to beat SSJ fighters respectively, but they were not aboe to make a spaceship as good as the saiyans, and according to Krillin the tecknology of Frieza's ship was superior to the earth's. In overall though i would definently call earth top tier in mechanics and such.

That MMO game that was supposed to continue Dragonball (DB Online, was it?) had Gohan write a book about Ki which would be read by the entire humanity and bring about an age where everyone is a planet-busting martial artist. Seeing how teams of three such as Vegeta, Nappa and Raditz were able to conquer planets entirely on their own (ones having warriors stronger than the Earthlings at the time for that matter), such a Humanity would definitely hold its own.

In overall though i would definently call earth top tier in mechanics and such. there are no inconsistencies. technology isnt magic. tech evolves from existing ideas/things. until and if humans get to saiyan ship flight speed, then it might take hundreds of years. look at the androids. it started with a low level ones (see DB) and slowly advanced until it got to 19 (when gero died). there is no way he could ever make 19 before going through 1-18. --- the time machine was made much later so we cant know what stage the technology of this thing was. maybe they had the idea even before the saiyans came.
