For a long time, can't really say how long, but for a long time, I've had dark, purple marks under my eyes. For a while I thought it was due to sleep deprivation, but they were still there when I was having a good amount of sleep, and had a good sleeping pattern. Then, I thought it was due to dehydration, because I drank more milk, coffee etc than water, so I began drinking water. A lot of it. But these dark purple marks are still there, and I have no idea how to get rid of them. Is this normal? |

Unless its stress related which you didn't mention, its going to be inherited. In that case there's nothing you can do about it. |

I dunno if I'm stressed. I worry about some things, but I don't think I'm stressed, necessarily. @Buuberries: I'm not a woman nor and actor, so society won't accept it. |

A lot of people just have them for some reason. Girls usually cover them up with concealer. It's actually acceptable for guys to do that as well because it's impossible to notice.

Personally, dark bags under the eyes is an attractive feature to me, but I guess that's not a common thing among the community. Not the hideous, ugly, wrinkly, bruise-looking bags, but light ones are fine. Ask your family if they have a history of it. If not, it's stress. |

I've had this before from too much stress and a lack of sleep. Are you fatigue? Anything major going on in your life? |
