My Dear Melancholy,

I'm having a lot of differculties with Trigonometry. Math was never my strong point and how I made it to Trigonometry is a mystery. Trigonometry GT(2nd highest rank under AP) none the less. Many students cheat on the test who had so far and I would never allow myself to cheat. My mom is terrible in math and a lot of my mother side resides in Virginia and Pennsylvania. The school no longer provides coach class or the tutor system for seniors because we leave the school early. Which I found stupid as that excludes the rest of the year. I'm looking for an online tutor to help in the meantime. So if it doesn't take up your time may you please help me work through the problems? Teach me the steps? Any website that can help? ![]()

You can write that in math forumla if you prefer. Mr. Teacher doesn't care as long as it's correct. |

Better yet, why not give you the resource you desire. It even has the answer to number 1 in it. http://www.sscok.edu/Faculty/Birdwell/Trigonometry%20Power%20Point/Trig%20Chapter%203.ppt Pages 44-52 explain step by step how to solve each of these problems. It even might have the answers to the next page you posted in it too. When you go through school, you need to be able to come up with an answer somehow. Do not think that it will come to you easily. Research the question at hand on google and you might find some goodies like the one I just gave you. I warn you though, do not cheat your way though it and and just write down the answers. That's tempting I know. While you're doing it, understand what you are doing. Use your calculator to figure out the answer and do it for yourself to see if it's right. This is the golden rule of engineering school. If you don't understand the material you are reading, you might as well give up and not go to the test. In these questions, the most important 2 equations you need to remember for your test are, Omega = Theta/T and linear speed v= s/t or v = r * omega Trig is like a puzzle. You need to find basic information first about the wave you are trying to determine before you can find all of the top level stuff. Like in order to determine speed, you need to plug in other answers from the basic stuff. |

![]() This is a little embarrassing. Sorry... Math was never my strong point. I understand the AMP but what about the period. It's 2 Pi over B. Which makes it 2Pi/2. Isn't that just pi? I need help with the chart (both of them) but graphing is easy. |
