Predictions time!
Fate/Zero spoilers
Firstly the remaining masters:
- Sakura is one for sure, given what we know of F/Z. Can't decide which Servant is hers though. I don't think it's Lancer given the impression he had of his master doesn't really fit. It could be Assassin as he's just serving as support for Caster, which is a pretty subservient role. Or it could be Caster who seems to be going out on her own regardless of her master anyway. Hrrrrrrrrrm. I'm going to guess Assassin.
- Not sure about the other two. Lancer's master is probably someone we haven't seen yet because he's the Servant most out of the way at the minute. That teacher is probably one too. The confrontation with Saber was a pretty heavy handed hint, maybe so much so to kind of throw you off. I'm calling double bluff and he's the master of one of the other two, probably Caster.
Other predictions:
- Kirei will f*** over one of the other Masters (plz be Shinji), but not Rin or Shirou. Then Gilgamesh will betray him in some way. I'm not sure who will get the upper hand in that but I'm going to guess Gilgamesh will, only because of how much stronger he is meaning he'd be a better final villain.
- "Unlimited Blade Works" is the name of Archer's Noble Phantasm. Basing this on him being able to summon as many blades as he needs in the fight with Lancer, plus he said something that we didn't hear. Makes sense to me anyway.
- Archer is a Heroic Spirit from the future and because he's in a time before he existed he doesn't have his full memories of who he is. Or he's just lying and does know who he is but won't say. Because....
- He's related to Shirou in some way. They've been interacting too directly and more than just because he's Rin's Servant. I think he's either Shirou's son/grandson/distant relative or something. They've got some kind of relationship that only Archer is aware of at any rate.
- Incoming pairing war with Shirou going with either Saber or Rin. Do not want but fully expect.
Also looking forward to some of the reveals we're bound to get. Illya being Kiritsugu's daughter, Rin and Sakura being sisters, Kirei killing Rin's Dad etc. I feel like going in to it knowing all this isn't how you're supposed to do it (as in you should watch this before F/Z because of spoilerz) but anticipating the fallout is just as fun.
Also the animation is godly.

As a person who knows the Fate/Stay Night Lore, I'm just going to let you guys have some fun with your guess works while I stand here smiling. It'll be more entertaining that a way. I will say this though Copy. Without spoiling anything, your second paragraph may be going somewhere...wink wink nudge nudge.

The reveals don't seem to be hard hitting as expected probably because Fate/Zero was supposed to be a prequel to this one. I think everyone reading this thread has seen Fate/Zero no need for spoilers lol. 
Lancer seems to be a fairly important hero based on Rin's dream. No guesses so far.

Have you seen Fate/Zero already? F/Z is a prequel, but it's meant to be seen in the order of F/SN -> F/Z. I personally prefer F/Z -> F/SN.

Its not AS good but its still some of the best out there. Imagine F/SN's animation if it was made in 2011. Fate/Zero is amazing so the animation quality shouldn't really affect your decision to watch it, imo.
