This is scientifically impressive, first of all. The skill and knowledge you must have to operate on a goldfish is probably vast.

So to my question: Would you pay for something like this if you had a goldfish (or any kind of fish)?

For a fish, probably not and I've taken care of fish before. Then again my fish never lived for apparently 10 years either so...

Either way its definitely interesting especially in a scientific aspect.

My first fish were two fan tailed goldfish that lived 12 and 14 years. I cried when each of them died, and made a family member flush them because I just couldn't do it. I still wouldn't have paid that much for a surgery on them.

Aside from those two and the occasional tank cleaning fishes I never had a fish to life longer than 1 month.

Greetings. I will be your waifu this season.

If I had the money to throw around and it lived that long maybe.

Must take incredible skill.
