Even if they are, I want to go based off their movie performances They were prequel material to Revenge of the Fallen. But either way, Starscream has a blinding edge over Grindir. Aside from having a combined stat total of 59 vs Grindor's generous 57. Starscream greatly overshadows him in speed and agility even achieving escape velocity in his Jet form. His combat expertise is literally double (8 vs Grindor's 4) and his arsenal is more diverse. While Grindor does come with a missile turret, Starscream can utilize both the Null Reactor to empower his own blasts, and EMP bursts to disable other electronics. Or in this case, disrupt Grindor's communications with his turret. Any Autobot he's fought aside from Optimus Prime, Starscream had defeated. This includes defeating Ironhide and Ratchet two on one in 45 seconds flat. In other material he defeated Decepticon teleporting commando Dreadwing with one stroke, blew Bumblebee out of the warehouse during the Witwicky rescue, killed all the movie Aerialbots in addition to the Autobot giant Stratsophere by himself. Whereas Grindor couldn't even SURVIVE his fight against Prime, despite having heavier armor than both Megatron and Starscream. In addition, despite being the master strategist of the 'cons, Grindor isn't nearly as cunning his superior Starscream. With a radically slower ground and air speed, a weaker arsenal, lower stats, and the lack of mental ability to match Starscream, Grindor is very pitifully relegated to the back ranks of the Decepticon Officers.
